HOW IT WORKS
At first, we will meet one hour weekly for 8 weeks to build your uniquely you toolkit, ramp up your self-care | acceptance | compassion practices, clarify your values, and build a whole new vocabulary for how you relate to the world.

In between sessions, you will receive emails with resources (meditations, tips, readings, etc.). I will also be available to you through voicenotes and texts for general support and hypewoman-ing!
