I would be thrilled to guide you on becoming the parent that you want to be!
HOW IT WORKS
At first, we will meet one hour weekly for 8 weeks. You will first learn about very basic principles and functions of behavior. What skills may need to be taught? What consequences may need to be put in place?

We will then explore Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and some of its core components to help you start parenting in a way that helps you move towards your values as a parent. We will do a values clarification exercise, create a mindfulness plan, and learn strategies to move around your parenting experience in a flexible way, which will inevitably lead to more FUN for everyone.
In between sessions, you will receive emails with resources (meditations, tips, readings, etc.). I will also be available to you through voicenotes and texts for general support and hypewoman-ing!
