Meditations From Me to You...

An integral part of your journey is to develop or expand your mindfulness and meditation practices.  It does not matter where you are starting, I promise to meet you there. I consider mindfulness both a pivotal behavior; a behavior that allows us to learn new behaviors, and a behavioral cusp; a behavior that allows us to access more good things from our environment. A Valuable Meditation

Before dropping into this meditation, check in with 3 things that are important to you. What are the qualities of being and doing that you care about most right now? I See You! I Am Here!

This meditation is inspired by a reading in Mark Nepo’s Book of Awakening. You will be guided to spend some time in your mind’s eye with those that truly see you and hear you. If you are feeling disconnected or alone, this meditation may remind you that you don’t have to go anywhere to be felt and seen and heard and loved.
